Pat Needs a
Home Pat had a good situation in
Sherburne. Jim offered him a place to stay and to be the caretaker. Jim
can't support the old place anymore, so the new owner told Pat he has to go. He doesn't have much time, so if you know of anywhere Pat could fit
in, please let me know ASAP. Pat is on disability right now, so rent
won't be a problem. Let me know, or let Pat know if you have any
ideas: dwayne@campushill.net -or- timberdoog@hotmail.com
Mom Fell We have all been worried
lately for my Mom. She fell the other day and broke a couple ribs. Mom
spent a few days in the hospital, but now she has moved along to the Nursing Home in Oxford. She is on the mend, but it has been a tough
experience for her. Mom is 76 this year.
Rome The other day, Me and a
couple of friends of mine took a nice ride up to a local city to the
north. It was called Rome. Not Rome Italy, but Rome New York. I am sure it has
it's share of Italians. It clearly had it's share of bars. About 7 in
one block. For real! It is one of the oldest towns in this part of the
state, and a sure target for a nuke because of the Air Force Base
located there. Actually it is closed now, but there was a squadron of
B-52 bombers stationed there back in the day. That is a real big ass plane that
can drop nuclear bombs or a large number of 1000 pounders that can wipe
out most any village or city it wants to. In fact a B-52 attack is
quite a thing to see. Otherwise, we went there to go to the head shop.
I got an education, and some de-tox pills today. Normally I would have
bought a nice bong, but I guess those days are over for me, lol. I will
happily pass my Piss test on thursday now. After our visit to the shop (OCJ's),
we went to Denny's (always open) for a feast of breakfast and some
honest flirtations with the cute waitress there. I could see myself
living in that town someday. Denny's is an old tradition dating back to
my days in California. We would go there after partying at 2 AM. It's a
good thing I got de-tox pills cuz those guys clam-baked the car on the
way to and fro, lol. It was good to get out of the bubble again.
the Super
Bowl It was Super Bowl sunday the other
day. Me and Stephani walked around town to get my paycheck cashed, and
to spend it, before the game. We got back on time to get it tuned in on
the TV, and the internet. Steph enjoyed the game, and kept me posted on all the scores. It was fun to have another day together. I Love
Stephani!
Home
Thieves in the
Night Me and Gregg were sitting here one
late night, and we were wondering what the car was doing outside going
very slow with no lights on. I threw open my window and Shined my
flashlight on a couple kids who were ripping off the neighbors cans and bottles. We chucked and figured they needed weed or something. It was a
good lesson learned for our neighbors also. I can imagine that those
kids were thinking about that one for days.
The Kids are
Back It has been a VERY BUSY time since
the kids came back this semester. Work has me doing 40 hours a week,
and my friends keep me going for the rest of my time. I am making way
better money too. This is needed, cuz I got some big fines to pay soon, and I gotta get my bills caught up besides. The kids sure do love my salads
this time. It was subs last semester. I make a big chicken salad. Life
in the town again.

Bill Jr. Moves into the Yellow
Room Cabbie finally got some gumption and
tore out the old built in cabinet set in the kitchen. He replaced it
with a new wall and a new Door for Bill Jr. to dwell in. Bill loves his
new room. It has it's own door to the outside too. It is the room that was
painted yellow and was quite decorated by college students from the way
back days. Now he doesn't have to sleep in the living room any more.
