Nick Got Sick
It all started last week when Nick couldn't sleep for a few nights. The insomnia drove him to going to the doctors about it.
They prescribed a sleeping pill, so he managed to sleep for about 20 hours, lol. He felt better, but in a couple of days his
neck had grown lumps, and they weren't hicky's from Alyssa either. He felt like Hell again, and went back to the doctors.
They only said one word as they saw his lumps walk in the door: "Hosptial!" they told him, "That's where you need to be."
So, off he went to Hamilton. He spent 3 days there. Wayne chilled with him. His Mom came from across the state to see
him, and they hooked him up to all the IV's they had. He had tubes everywhere filling him up with antibiotics and stuff to fight
the MONONUCLEOSIS that he has. He came back with some pills and a smile, and is on the mend. In trying to arrange a
ride for him, I managed to send Cabbie to Hamilton for no reason. He about clocked the two of us when we finally dared to
go apologize to him. Alyssa still has to apologize, since it was her miscommunication that got him there in the first place.
He will prolly be happy with a hug. Last night Nick slept about 14 hours and woke up feelin' a whole lot better. Maybe he is
on the mend. Alyssa needs to come back to take care of him. She did take good care of him in his first week of being sick,
but he misses her tender love and care. Get well soon Nick.

Richie Comes Back
Richie was here every day for most of the summer. He and Joey would arm wrestle, Jeremy
would pick on them both, We went to the Fair in Morris, and the car died, so we ended up at
the local bar playing pool and foosball with 2 other friends that came along. He used to use
Nick's computer. We set him up on Hot or Not, his score is about 10, lol. Then he finally
landed a girlfriend. Now, of course, we never see him. After a week or two, THEY finally came
over to pay a visit. They were soon off to a party. Jeremy was here that night. He picked on
Richie bad while they were here. It seems She once belonged to Jeremy. Hehe, ahh how life
takes it's turns. There wasn't too much jealousy in the air that night, lol. Either way, they are a
good looking couple, worthy of hittin' the partying world. Good luck you two

Soul Plane
Soul Plane is the movie of the week. I clearly seems to fit right in with our lifestyle this year. The
African-American cultural influence is great in this town. The college has a large population from NYC. I
think it is refreshing to have different social influence around us. The local Irish-White culture keeps to
itself normally, and doesn't usually take in any "outside" influence into their lives. I, however, worldly that
I am, feel different. I Moved to Morrisville to be around the other cultures that dwell here. I have met
people from all over the country, and from around the world here. To me it makes life a lot more fresh to
take in the different ways of thinking. Back to the movie, It is a wonderful comedy about a dude who
started his own airline and did it with "style". We laughed all the way through it. What makes it so funny
is how we have adapted alot of what is in it before we even saw it. "Were playa's, and we ride spinna's".
Buy the movie if ya can. It's some funny shit.

Snow in Utah
Cold is the winter, especially out west. My sister and her family live out in Utah. It is an
awesome state, however, the winter usually starts there a little bit earlier then it does here. I
keep track of things out there by looking at a
webcam site that is a webcam in a office
pointing out the window, about a mile or so from where my sister lives. It is a great "eye" on
what kind of a day she might be having. Last week, there it was. SNOW ALL OVER! it was a
sticky couple of inches that covered everything in sight. It was beautiful. It was also
"Dwayne's official FIRST SNOW SIGHTING for Winter 2004". I went from there to the Cam I
look at in Wyoming, and it was snowing there too. A storm had swept across the west and
was heading our way. The snow in
Wyoming was beautiful too, but only after the storm was
cleared out so I could see. Utah had only gotten a couple of inches that morning, but
Wyoming was hammered a
lot more. The tops of the mountains still have snow on them. It is
clearly WINTER out west.

Russ Got Mad
It was the wrong night to come and see Dwayne, I guess. In fact, it was prolly the night that the Fort
had pissed me off, or just simply too many people felt that they should bug Dwayne that day. Either
way, I managed to piss off one of my best friends that night. Russ, who always comes too damned late
anyway lol, shows up to see me after a couple of weeks. Maybe if he had called ahead, or something,
it could have been avoided, but he got me into my usual "BITCHING MODE" that inevitably made him
get up and walk out. He has heard enough of my bitching through the years of our friendship to where
he had had enough. I can't necessarily blame him, however he and many others need to understand
my limits. Calling ahead is clearly a good idea for him or anyone. I can at least let them know I am
having a bad night, or I can kick people out and get ready for the visit. 3 years ago, it was different.
My friends were about 5 people. Now it is about 105 people. I am not shitting either. Because of my
increased popularity, people need to cut me a break. They need to think of things like appointments,
and calling ahead, and what frickin' time it is. 3 years ago, I couldn't wait to open the door to see who
was there. I had prolly been sitting there for many hours alone and was ready for some company, or
maybe a party, or a visit from my Sweetheart Amanda Brown (I really loved her, till she "loved" all my
friends and not me). But now life is all different for me. People start to swing in at noon, and I am
distracted till somewhere around 3 AM with friends, computer customers, students, after school
recreation clinics, torn apart computers, webpages to write and publish, people who just won't go
HOME, "Significant other distress", and supper. There isn't enough time in one day to squeeze it all in.
I do try to make it all work, but it is up to us all to help me. Russ, I am sorry, just give me a call and
maybe we can patch up da bullshit.

Slow Ass Food
It was a long day, many people for me, too much to do, computers that were challenging me for many hours, an extreme
hunger inside for I had not had anything to eat yet that day, then it was another group of people; I just had to go. So, off to the
Fort I went. The fort is my favorite restaurant around town. I frequently go there to chill, and to get away from the hectic pace
of my homelife. I got there at 4:30. The Lion's were there to have Chicken and Biscuits. I opted to have a Hamburger
instead. Kim (not Kim from the Diner) is a sweetheart of a waitress, but she does lack a little organisation and hustle.
That's understandable on a busy night. So, around 5 she managed to get my order in to the kitchen. Not a bad deal, I read
my magazine (PC Monthly) and watched the big screen TV that they have there. either way, the smell of food was in the air,
people all around me were having fun, and I waited in sweet anticipation for my food. The sweetness turned sour at about
6:30, when I still didn't have my supper. I started to feel like the misbehaved kid who wasn't allowed to have supper that
night. So I got up and LEFT. I am a restaurant professional, for me to do that means something must really be wrong.
Which is true, no matter how busy a restaurant, a patron should have his meal before 2 hours. Hehe. Wow was I mad! I left
there and went down to the Exxon and bought some hotdogs. That was my supper for the night. Shall I add, this is prolly the
3rd time I have had to do this. How they stay open is beyond me, but when Minnie finally sells out, I plan to buy the place just
so I can fire ALL the employees and get some people who care in there. Those that work there now that really care will
come back, and the new people will blend to make an unbeatable team like the "Marine Corps" image they like to portray
there. Something needs to happen there. I am just the local "Long Hair". If they are pissin' ME off, what must they be doing
to the people who really count?

Ralph's House is Cool
Ralph had to move in downstairs so he could be centrally located on the hill for his new job as
the maintenance supervisor. Since he has access to the barn to store his extras, his pad is
really chill. He's got it set up in good style, and is very happy with his new surroundings. We
have burnt breakfast and had spaghetti dinner there already. My friends like him being there,
because they can all go down there for cigarette break. Ralph, already has Road-Runner, and
is enjoying the Internet, and quality television. Ralph has returned to the Hill.

800 Trojans!
Jess needed her computer fixed, so she brought it to the LemonDoctor. Her brother has a way of
using worm infected programs he gets from file sharing, and the computer was just "Plugged" up
with trojan apps trying to get into memory. The computer was incapable of booting up all the way
because it just couldn't run all 900 trojans, and 75 viruses it was infected with. You would think
her brother, a college student, would know better then to try to run progrms from Kazaa without
cleaning them with an anti-virus program. Either way, many hours later, I had her computer
cleaned up, and running like a snot. I told her to change the password, lol. Jess and her
computer were awarded the "Most trogenated computer award" from the Lemon Desk.

Jamie Gets a Job
Jamie is a self made girl now. She has kept her car going through thick and
thin, and she has finally got herself a job. She is now working at McDonalds. I
am proud of her. That job is not alot of clowning around. It is alot of work, and
she is doing great at it. They put out a lot of food. McDonalds teaches a team
effort system that works really well. Jamie is learning the responsibilities of life
now that she is on her own. I just hope she brings me some leftovers one night.
Go Jamie!!!!!

Got New Hoodies
I went to the Campus Store the other day and finally bought myself something practical, rather then a
computer toy or somptin'. In an effort to look more like the times, and to stay warm, I bought a couple of
Hoodies. I also bought a fatty new hat. It is the look of today, and is really warm too. I am all decked out
with "Morrisville Gear" now. I have already gone out for some walks and stuff wearing my new gear. Dee
say's I'm lookin' real good these days.
